A Painting Born from 150 Million Years Ago

When a collector handed me a piece of fossilized dinosaur bone and asked me to paint from it, I had no idea where it would take me. What followed was one of the most unexpected, meditative pieces I’ve ever created—layered with history, texture, and a sense of deep time.
